Trade Tutor forum - terms of use

1. The purpose of the Forum is to facilitate the exchange of views and to foster understanding on a range
   of international trade issues, including secure-terms trading and trade finance.
   
   The forum should not be used to post commercial solicitations or trade offers, or to pursue grievances
   about specific commercial issues
   
   Posters who wish to discuss problem transactions should take care to do so in such way that
   the identities of their counterparties are not revealed.
   
   
2. Users of the Forum should be aware that Mantissa's core skills are those of training design
   and development, and not the provision of trade services or legal advice.
   
   Mantissa will take reasonable care to provide information that is accurate, but our opinions are given
   without legal responsibility. Visitors to the site should seek appropriate professional guidance before
   acting on any information provided on this Forum by ourselves or others.
   
   
3. This is a moderated forum. Postings will be reviewed by Mantissa staff before appearing on the bulletin board.
   
   
4. Mantissa reserves the right to refuse to publish postings if in our opinion they violate the norms of Forum,
   they are offensive, misleading or defamatory, or for any other reason.
   
   Mantissa reserves the right to edit postings before publication for reasons of brevity, or to improve
   clarity.
   
   Mantissa also reserve the right to deny access to the Forum to any visitor for violation of the norms
   of the forum or for any other reason.
   
   
5. Collection of names of message posters for the purposes of unsolicited sales approaches or
   email 'spamming' is strictly forbidden.
