1. Flash plug-in
The latest Flash browser
plugin (player) can be downloaded free of charge from the Macromedia
website.
Important: Before you try to install the plug-in, check that you have
administrative privileges on your computer.
If you do not have these privileges, consult your technical support department
for advice and assistance.
2. Javascript
Javascript must
be enabled. This is a browser setting, consult the browser documentation if
necessary.
In Internet Explorer, look under Security Settings.
3. Adobe Acrobat
This is used to view and print out specimens of letters
of credit and documents. If your computer does not
have Acrobat installed, we can supply the documents in other formats by arrangement.
4. Pop-up
blocking ON
Our programs need to open a new window, and the pop-up blocker
is preventing this
Pop-up blockers are to be found in some operating systems,
e.g. Windows XP; security programs; some browser toolbar
add-ins. Look carefully for warning messages at the top or the bottom of the
screen. When you have identified
the program that is blocking the pop-up, you will need to allow pop-ups
