Updates and corrections

Since its publication in January, one Corrigenda has been issued to ISBP 645.

This corrects various grammatical lapses and inconsistencies of wording, but there has been one substantive change.

Paragraph 187 deals with the situation where insurance cover for a consignment is provided by more than one insurer, and so multiple insurance documents are presented.
